I’m trying to sign in to Galactic and it’s not working.

If you’re signing in to Galactic in the web browser and the camera application isn’t recognizing it, check to make sure:

1. The Galactic sign-in dialog is opening in the correct browser.
2. The Galactic sign-in dialog is not opening in an Incognito window.

Galactic will open a sign-in menu in whatever browser is set as your computer’s default.

If this browser (say, Safari) is different from the one you use day-to-day (say, Chrome) — you’ll need to make sure you are signing in to Galactic using Safari.
